Weifang Voerte Chemical Co., Ltd. is a large-scale stock enterprise founded by Shandong Pengfei Group as the main investor and foreign businessman as shareholders. Voerte now is located in Binhai project zone in Weifang city in the north of Bohai bay, is next to Yangganlu, Xinhailu, Huanhai railway, Bohai sea and Rongwu expressway, we enjoy good location. Yangganlu is the key construction project of Weifang government; you can only take 20 minutes by car to Weifang harbor (10,000 tons grade) from the downtown of Weifang city. vorte  covers an area of 141,365sqm, and has 25,000 sqm of buildings and a total investment of RMB 120 million, we are equipped with 10,000 T/A of production line. According to our plan, Voerte will be built up in 3 phases. We invested RMB 32 million in the first stage, which was put into function at the end of 2004. The secondary phase was put into production in 2006. Now, we are working hard on the planning and construction of third phase. once these three phases are finished, we will have the ability to produce RMB 360 million of products and obtain RMB 108 million of profit payments and tax turnover. At present, Voerte employs 180 staffs, 40 of them are technicians, and 90% of workers are skilled workers. Our products include fine chemicals, electronic chemicals and biochemicals. Now, we can annually produce 2,000 of fine chemicals (m-phthalic acid serial derivatives), 100 tons of Liquid crystal intermediate products (cyclohexane series), 200 tons of dye intermediates (acid dye, reactive dye) and 300 tons of chlorinating serial products. Meanwhile, our new Ammoxidation serial products can fill the market blank of China and are well sold in the international market.
